      DescriptionDescription

      🔍 Description:
Berghia Nudibranchs are small, specialized sea slugs used almost exclusively for one purpose: eradicating Aiptasia anemones. These delicate inverts are 100% reef safe and will not touch corals, fish, or other inverts — but they will systematically hunt and consume Aiptasia, often clearing an infestation when other methods fail.

Due to their narrow diet, they should only be added to tanks with an active Aiptasia problem. Once the food source is depleted, they will slowly starve unless moved to another infested tank.

      Must HaveMust Have

      ✅ Why They’re a Must-Have (for the right job):

Aiptasia Assassin: One of the only natural predators of pest Aiptasia

Completely Reef Safe: Won’t harm corals, inverts, or fish

Stealthy & Effective: Hunts in crevices other methods can’t reach

No Chemicals Needed: Biological control that avoids tank disruption

      Notes for SuccessNotes for Success

      ⚠️ Notes for Success:

Only Eats Aiptasia: Do not add to tanks without active infestations

Slow & Sensitive: Can be eaten by wrasses or aggressive fish – use at night or in protected zones

Monitor Population: May disappear slowly once Aiptasia is gone

Don’t Expect Instant Results: They take time to breed and control large outbreaks

Handle Gently: Sensitive to changes in salinity, flow, and rough handling
